Refunds and Exchanges

We accept shoes for return that are in new condition only. If unsure of the fit, please try on a clean surface. We will not refund or exchange shoes that show any signs of wear. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

For Exchanges or Refund

Please ship the shoes in the original box. Either wrap or place the box in a container to ensure proper delivery. We will exchange for size at no additional cost to you after we have received your return. Please be sure to indicate size needed.
