On the anniversary of your membership purchase, membership will be renewed and billed automatically at our current annual rate of $19.99. This will continue each year until membership is terminated by either party.
To opt out of the program at any time, simply call us toll free at (888) 333-3668. A friendly eFootwear staff member will quickly remove you from the program and all future billing. Any membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
Efootwear reserves the right, in lone discretion, to deny any service, special offer or benefit, to any customer at any time, suspected of using the website, membership and/or polices, with malicious intent. This includes, but is not limited by: frequently and regularly returning items for exchange or refund; attempting to purchase and cancel VIP membership with different email addresses; or any other activity suspected to be taking advantage of our offerings.
