I will totally be recommending your site to everyone i know. yes, you guys made a mistake in sending me the wrong size shoe, but you guys went above and beyond in fixing the issue. not only did you send me the correct size immediately, you also sent me the packaging to send the wrong ones back! then as a bonus you sent me some socks too. totally not necessary but it was a very kind gesture! i generally purchase about 4-6 pairs of gym shoes a year because i walk 6 miles a day to and from work and they go "flat" quickly. you have gained my loyalty and my money! the other shoes are in the mail as we speak! thank you again!

I found your store when i did a search online for asics kayano running shoes. on monday afternoon i placed an order for three pairs of asics kayano running shoes. the order arrived on thursday morning. i must say i was impressed with the great service on the telephone and the low price when ordering the shoes. it will be a number of months before i will be ready to order more running shoes, but you can be assured i will be buying more shoes from your company. it's too bad other companies do not conduct business as professional as you.

I want to write about your 'customer service' which is *wonderful*.  i returned the first pair i ordered from you.  i had decided i could go down a half size after having bunionectomies and getting hammer toes corrected. i was wrong. i returned the size 8 1/2 with a request for an exchange to a size 9. they came quickly, no questions asked -- and i am impressed.

I always try to buy these shoes as they are made in the usa. i'm in the military stationed in europe, i just got the shoes and when i opened them there were 2 small bags of potato chips and a message written inside the box saying "thanks for your service".... i will now try to buy from this seller whenever possible.
